Excellent location and stunning scenery all around. The owners were very helpful and kind and speak so many languages, it is very impressive. The rooms, pool and restaurant could all be improved slightly, especially the cleanliness, because for its price, you expect a little better, but overall it was still fantastic to stay here. Also, no one available at reception at night time, which was slightly awkward as had a couple of emergencies and needed help, got the help we needed in the end, but wasn't easy. Apart from that, the place is recommended.

"Great stay and Experience. A great find!!!" We stayed at Fattoria San Donato for 4 days with a group of 15, family and friends. What a hidden gem. From the amazing cooking lesson with Angelica and the feast after with the pasta we made was outstanding. We had an amazing dinner another night which featured a huge antipasto table followed by a huge meal with never ending wine and grappa. Our accommodations were so very quaint and beautiful. Our hosts, Frederica and Umberto were outstanding. Attentive to every detail and nothing was ever to much trouble. They treated us like family. I would highly recommend this winery to stay and eat at. I will definitely put this on my bucket list to return again. 5 plus stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent!!

Every aspect of Fattoria San Donato is pure joy! The family that runs it is courteous, kind, and incredibly helpful treating everyone like family. The rooms are comfortable and stunning in detail, especially if you're lucky to have a window overlooking the Tuscan countryside. The grounds are mesmerizing and the buildings authentic and quaint. The breakfast room is an experience in it's own based in a cellar that is absolutely gorgeous and with SO much to choose from including eggs made to order as you like. And definitely TAKE THE COOKING CLASS!! We were blessed with Caterina who was not only knowledgeable with the dishes she taught us, she had a passion about the area and the food that she could share with us. She spent SO much time helping us master each thing, especially the two homemade pasta doughs we made. I've even reached out to her for tips to recreate the delicious Tiramisu we made together. I highly recommend Fattoria San Donato.

An amazing Tuscan feeling when you arrive. Greeted by Riccardo or Fredrica very friendly and hospitable people. Amazing owners and food and wine to match. Fredrica was always helpful in planning our day and meals. The atmosphere gave you goose bump, it was a great Tuscan adventure. Don't forget book a cooking class and book your meals ahead of time. You don't want to miss the feast of your life. We were a group of 15 we all enjoyed it so will you. Book your Tuscan dream vacation now!
